Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RestroIQ platform, websites (including restroiq.uk and login.restroiq.uk) and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by RESTROIQ LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17215432), whose registered office is at Flat 29, Middlepark Drive, Birmingham, B31 2FQ (“we”, “us”, “our”). RestroIQ is a trading name of RESTROIQ LTD.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RestroIQ is an online platform that helps restaurant and hospitality businesses assess their operations and receive tailored guidance and recommendations across areas such as cost reduction, pricing, productivity and general business exploration. The Service generates structured reports and suggestions based on the information you provide.

The Service provides general business guidance only. It is not professional financial, accounting, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any decision you make based on output from the Service is made at your own discretion and risk. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any recommendation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at support@restroiq.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription plans and pricing

The Service is offered on the following plans:

  • Free — limited access at no cost.
  • Pro (Monthly) — full access, billed monthly.
  • Pro (Annual) — full access, billed annually at a discounted effective rate.

Current prices are displayed within the Service and on our pricing page. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP). We may change our prices from time to time; any change will not affect the price of a subscription period you have already paid for, and we will tell you the new price before your next renewal.

4. Billing, payment and renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@restroiq.uk. Cancellation, refunds and your statutory rights are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • copy, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to provide;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, reports, methodology and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes in accordance with these Terms. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a licence to use Your Content solely to operate, provide, secure and improve the Service. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or the results obtained from using it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in that period, or (b) £100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, although if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

15. Contact us
